The study of Morals concerns itself with acts which may alter the welfare or interests of a number of individuals.
In short:
Morals: Have I done harm to another's interests or welfare, regardless of whether this act ever becomes disclosed or public?
Ethics: If this act, moral or immoral, were to become a matter of public knowledge, would it harm certain public trusts and understandings? Would the public harmony be disrupted by the perception or knowledge of such an act?
